Have you ever stopped to think about the daily cost of simply being you? I mean, outside of the budgets for variable costs that PFbloggers keep up with such as groceries, electricity, etc, what about those fixed costs on a daily basis? I am thinking mortgage/rent, car payment, insurance costs, condo fees, etc.
It is a little depressing to calculate these numbers. On any given day, my condo fees alone are $12. That means I could wake up, have a bad day, hope for the day to end quickly, not spend any money, and still owe $12 on condo fees alone.
I work on commission, so it doesn't make sense for me to think about money spent on a daily basis. Or on a weekly basis, really. I have to think in terms of the entire year, which is tough for me to get used to.
How much does it cost to be you on a daily basis, bad hair day or not??

I guess I would have to include the cost of the mortgage interest, council tax, income tax (assuming I earned something) and life, buildings, contents and car insurance. As well as car tax, telephone line rental and TV licence. Then there are the standing charges for gas, electricity and water which have to be paid even if none are used. Wow, I do not really think that I want to do the maths on that one!
