Simply write a letter to the Direct Marketing Association and ask to be taken off their mailing lists. You might even be able to do this online. Also, each time you get a catalog, call the 800 number listed in it and ask to be removed from their mailing list. I think those take the longest to get cancelled, but I'm going to have to rely on him to tell me if he's seeing a change. Otherwise, I am not noticing a difference. 41 Pounds recently sent me some pre-printed cards to send to any junk mail that I may be receiving. But the process may take longer than I want it to.
